“I have worked for Kumba Support Ltd for just over a year. I find it a very rewarding job, helping the residents reach a point where they can live independently in their own home. Forming trusting relationships and being able to support our residents is a really worthwhile job to do! Often they have been through a really tough time, and need help and support to enable them to move on. When we see our residents are ready, it feels so valuable, and that we have made a positive difference in their lives.”
